Had heard lots about this tea so decided to give it a go! It has a very pleasant refreshing flavour and I’m easily drinking the 2 litres. I’m not following the diet strictly but from the first week I noticed I was craving sugar less and wasn’t snacking as often as before. Definitely worth it! And the sister is great with customer service! Highly recommended

  I’ve been using the tea for about 3 weeks now however I’ve only started to incorporate the diet plan into it for a week. Even without dieting, the tea helped reduce bloating and improved my energy levels. Once I started using it properly I was consuming 1450 calories a day (tracked with MyFitnessPal) and exercising every now and again. I lost 0.8kg in a week!
